**Résumé des fonctions**

Le ou la spécialiste Conception de solutions est chargée de la conception de solutions technologiques qui s'alignent sur les objectifs de l'entreprise dans un domaine d'expertise précis et selon les capacités technologiques nécessaires. Pour ce faire, cette personne doit participer à des consultations et à des ateliers réunissant divers intervenants, comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et de l'entreprise, effectuer des recherches de données et tirer profit des capacités technologiques.

Cette personne participe aussi à l'élaboration des feuilles de route dans ses domaines d'expertise, fait des recommandations pour assurer la pertinence des éléments, encourage l'adoption de nouvelles technologies et veille au confinement et à la désaffectation.

**Principales responsabilités**

**Livraison de projets**
- Participer à des activités liées à la livraison de solutions technologiques ou au développement de logiciels : collecte de scénarios d'utilisateurs, analyse de l'adéquation/des lacunes, suivi des RICEFW, configuration, conception de solutions, tests fonctionnels
- Apporter son expertise dans la livraison de projets
- Offrir son soutien aux concepteurs de solutions, aux architectes de solutions et aux intégrateurs de systèmes
- Contribuer à définir la stratégie d'essai d'assurance de la qualité et travailler avec l'équipe fonctionnelle dans ses domaines d'expertise
- Contribuer à définir la stratégie de sécurité et travailler avec l'équipe fonctionnelle dans ses domaines d'expertise
- Contribuer à définir la stratégie de gestion du changement et travailler avec l'équipe fonctionnelle dans ses domaines d'expertise
- Participer à l'estimation des éléments de l'organigramme technique de projet dans son domaine d'expertise
- Offrir du soutien pendant la stabilisation
- Participer aux activités de transfert à l'équipe de base

**Plans technologiques/conception de logiciels**
- Prendre part aux ateliers avec les différents intervenants pour déterminer la portée
- Participer à l'élaboration de plans de complexité moyenne à élevée
- Être responsable de la livraison des plans
- Veiller à ce que les livrables soient conformes aux politiques du CN en matière de sécurité de l'information

**Exigences**

**Formation, certification et désignation**
- Baccalauréat en commerce, en informatique, en génie informatique, en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience de travail équivalente

**Compétences et connaissances**
- Bonne connaissance de son ou ses domaines d'expertise
- Bonne connaissance des solutions SAP
- Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet Agile et Waterfall
- Bonnes connaissances des technologies utilisées dans les domaines suivants : développement de logiciels, télécommunications, infrastructures, IdO industriel
- Très bonnes compétences en documentation technique
- Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication et les exposés
- Connaissance des principes de sécurité informatique
- Très bonnes connaissances en ingénierie ou développement de systèmes
- Sens des priorités nécessaires pour respecter les échéances
- Connaissances approfondies dans un domaine (spécialisation)

**Spécialités**
- Obligatoire : Expérience de SAP SD Facturation, intégration du module SD aux modules PS et CS
- Souhaité : Connaissance d'autres modules SAP Finances
- Souhaité : Expérience en soutien ou mise en œuvre de SAP FI dans ECC ou S/4HANA
- Souhaité : Expérience de la méthode Agile
- Atout : Certification S/4HANA

**Expérience***
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur le marché du travail
- Expérience de la conception et du déploiement de solutions dans ses domaines d'expertise
