About The Project Coordinator
MAD Elevator Inc

Ottawa division:

ECR Elevator Cab Renovations designs, manufactures and installs elevator cab interiors and is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team.


As a Project Coordinator, you serve as the key support to customers, production and technical team; assisting in supporting customer's requests and inquiries throughout the lifecycle of the project in order to leave customers satisfied.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer quote requests for smaller fixture orders and samples.
  • Assist customers through the planning, design, and ordering process.
  • Assist with processing, coordinating design, scheduling, manufacturing and delivery of fixture additions on existing jobs.
  • Liaison between our project management and manufacturing teams to make sure expedited orders meet customer-required delivery.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Able to lift up to 15lbs; may work in hot areas 5%, noise 0%.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.

Attributes, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • Some experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
  • Proactive and willing to initiate action, solutionoriented
  • Capable of working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment providing outstanding customer service
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and explain drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and highstress tolerance
  • Ability to focus and concentrate in an engaging environment
  • Selfmotivated and effective at working with mínimal supervision
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • High detailorientation

This position works out of our Ottawa, Ontario location. Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility.
