General duties of a Meat Packer:
Ensure proper assembly of products as needed for planned production in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform a variety of sorting and packing task.

Perform all tasks to ensure compliance with specifications of the customer products.

Keep work area clean, free of slip and trip hazards at all times.

Ability to work under pressure

Able to handle heavy lifting of up to 18kg boxes

Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP and Safety principals at all times.
