Nous recherchons actuellement un gérant d'entrepôt pour superviser les opérations à notre siège social de Boucherville. En tant que responsable d'entrepôt, vous gérerez les activités de réception, de manutention, de stockage, de prélèvement et d'emballage en vous assurant que les normes de qualité sont respectées ou dépassées.

**Objectifs du rôle**:

- Surveiller et gérer les objectifs opérationnels.
- Développer des systèmes d'exploitation d'entrepôt en déterminant les exigences de manutention et de stockage des produits, l'utilisation de l'équipement, l'inventaire, les processus d'entrée/sortie et les méthodes d'expédition.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes tout en contrôlant et en gérant les stocks et la logistique
- Examiner et préparer les flux de travail, les besoins en personnel, les allocations d'espace, les aménagements d'équipement et les plans d'action qui répondent aux normes de l'entreprise en matière de productivité, de qualité et de service à la clientèle
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sain en établissant et en en appliquant les normes et procédures et en se conformant aux réglementations légales

**Responsabilités**:

- Superviser les activités quotidiennes de l'entrepôt, y compris l'assurance qualité, le contrôle des stocks, la gestion de l'espace, la logistique, la productivité, l'expédition et le service client.
- Superviser et gérer la logistique pour le transport des produits vers les clients et les installations de l'entreprise, en communiquant avec les chauffeurs et les partenaires transporteurs. S'assurer d'une livraison efficace des chargements.
- Inspecter régulièrement l'équipement, les outils et les machines et superviser l'entretien général si nécessaire.
- Rencontrer régulièrement les employés de l'entrepôt pour analyser la productivité et élaborer des plans d'action pour la prévention des pertes/erreurs.

**Compétences et qualifications requises**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Trois ans ou plus d'expérience dans un rôle d'entrepôt en gestion d'employés horaires
- Maîtrise des procédures et des politiques d'entrepôt
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et qualités de leadership
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec tous les niveaux du personnel de l'entreprise
- Capacité à fournir une rétroaction efficace, à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Capacité à communiquer dans plus d'une langue (français et anglais)
- Expérience dans la conduite d'un chariot élévateur

**Objectives of this role**
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
