SOME REQUIREMENTS FROM YOU:

Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, Inside Sales Representative or similar sales and service role required
Prior experience with inbound/inside sales considered a major asset
Prior experience in a service business setting (cleaning or similar discipline) considered a major asset
Knowledge of professional cleaning industry considered an asset
Strong phone presence and ability to handle dozens of calls and inquires per day
Excellent command of English language in both verbal and written form
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience using Infusionsoft, Jobber, Pipedrive, and other similar CRMs and tools considered an asset
Basic math skills and familiarity with office equipment, like printers, phones and computers required
Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks without direction
Easily adaptable to change, flexible and a team player always willing to help
Be motivated to provide excellent service every day
Live within 30 minutes of our office in Oshawa

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oshawa, ON L1G 3V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
