What you'll be doing:

  • Working with our amazing customers facetoface and over the phone
  • Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate how we can assist them
  • Completing work orders that are not only accurate, but timely
  • Ability and general product knowledge to answer retail parts inquiries on the daily, after all, gear heads know their stuff

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • Previous dealership, automotive or recreational sales experience would be ideal
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset
  • Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
  • Your comfortable using computers and common programs its important to us that we provide you with the tools to effectively perform at your best
  • Must have a valid Driver's License upon employment
