We are on the lookout for a finance-savvy individual with a proactive approach to join our esteemed finance team at Vosyn. As a Finance Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial processes, managing invoices, leading software implementations, and promptly addressing any related inquiries with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Create precise and timely invoices for all Vosyn personnel while ensuring accurate financial recording.
- Champion the selection, setup, and training of staff on new invoicing software tailored to our financial and operational requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for invoice and share queries, swiftly resolving issues to maintain the smooth operation of our finances.
- Oversee organizational expenditure and bookkeeping to guarantee the clarity and accuracy of our financial records.
- Collaborate closely with legal advisors and company founders on invoice and share intricacies, offering transparent and well-founded guidance.
- Establish and adhere to invoicing protocols for consistent and accurate practices.
- Monitor invoices throughout the process, including approval, investigating delays, and addressing client inquiries or complications.
- Manage invoicing data, upkeep databases, and handle the uploading and storage of invoice details and contracts.
- Verify tax details and assist with overdue or rejected invoices.
- Pursuing or holding a graduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or possessing a minimum of three years of pertinent finance experience. Recent graduates with one year of experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated comprehension of financial procedures, particularly in invoicing, and adeptness in handling intricate financial duties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with clear communication and project management capabilities.
- Readiness to lead projects, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy collaborative teamwork.
- Proficiency in utilizing invoicing platforms such as FreshBooks and Wave, familiarity with accounting databases, and comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
