What will I be doing?


A Busperson at the Watermark is responsible for attending to the tables in their section in a courteous and efficient manner.

Specific dining room service guidelines must be adhered to at all times, providing the appropriate level of service to the guest.

The Busperson provides punctual water and bread service, ensures the tables are cleared and set as required by the Hostess/Supervisor all while assisting servers in all parts of their role with the exception of ordering and delivery of drinks.

This Team Member ensures that cutlery is polished and small wares are clean and presentable; restocking restaurant sections, bunkers and side stations at all times during shift will also be an expectation.

Each section assigned to the Busperson must be left in the appropriate manner at the completion of each shift

Experience
Busser experience preferred

Skills

  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Must be available for evening shifts
  • Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (ecourse provided by the Ministry of Labour)
  • Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.
