Job Description:

Position Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation and sustainment of the PM Pillar daily management systems for the site.
  • Conducts maintenance training on PM processes including Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, and Defect Handling.
  • Ensures PM processes are executed and sustained by tracking PM metrics.
  • Engages in plant Continuous Improvement efforts including participation with Process Improvement Teams.
  • Support technicians in identifying and solving problems that cause breakdowns.
  • Analyzes appropriate metrics (Breakdowns, Storeroom Cycle Accuracy, Work Order Schedule Compliance) to govern system health.
Position Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and / or experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical drive / control systems relating to production and facilities equipment preferred.
  • Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understands the principles of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Ability to utilize shop floor data collection systems. Experience with MII / Redzone is an asset.
