Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
  • Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and naptime
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of each child
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Monitor and document children's behavior and development
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized childcare space

Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Familiarity with creating lesson plans and implementing ageappropriate activities
  • Ability to manage a classroom of children with varying needs and abilities
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
