Overview

This position functions in accordance with our Company's core values by demonstrating the features and functions of units to our customers, ensuring they have the knowledge necessary to enjoy the benefits of the RV camping lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Produce Collect-able hours
- Consistently achieve agreed-upon productivity and Collect-able efficiency goals.

• Successfully complete assigned jobs in an efficient manner
• Complete and process all paperwork for each assignment in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner
• Participate in required training, and take personal initiative to stay uptodate on relevant service knowledge, bulletins and other changes related to new and existing products
• Appropriately assist Technicians when required
• Provide input to the Service team relating to product information, quality, warranty, and other unit performance information

Safety, Tools & Work Environment- Effectively comply with all safety, tools, and other job-related requirements.

• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance protocols, policies, and requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide and maintain the hand tools required to efficiently complete assigned work
• Operate, maintain, and account for company equipment and vehicles

Job Requirements

• Successful completion of high school
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills

Physical Demands
This position requires moderate physical demands including the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., and overhead reaching. Additional physical demands include walking, sitting, standing and climbing ladders and stairs.
