Brescia is currently seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to fill positions as:

DISHWASHER / PORTER
**Contract positions - Full-time and Part-time
- $15.66 per hour****August 30, April 30,2024
**Receiving direction from the Sous Chefs, Hospitality Coordinator and the Food Services
Manager, primary responsibilities will be maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and
kitchen area

Specific duties include:
operating dishwasher, rack, unrack and stack soiled dishes
and utensils; cleaning utensils, dishes, trays, pots, etc; keeping work area and floors clean,

including refrigerators and other equipment:
and receive and store deliveries as required.

Required skills include:
knowledge of food services normally gained through experience in the
food service industry; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal
skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of WHMIS and the Occupational
Health & Safety Act. Work may involve some heavy lifting and repetitive movements. A
willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings will also be necessary.
