Relevant de la responsable aux comptes payables, Pelican international est à la recherche de son prochain Technicien aux comptes recevables pour une durée de 15 mois avec possibilité de permanence.

VOTRE JOURNÉE DANS CE POSTE:

- Valider le détail des paiements des clients;
- Préparer les fichiers d'analyse des dépôts;
- Consulter les portail clients;
- Effectuer les dépôts dans le système comptable;
- Appliquer les paiements sur les factures;
- Préparer un fichier d'analyse de suivi des déductions sur dépôts;
- Préparer le rapport d'assurance ventes clients sur le site de l'assureur;
- Participer dans les procédures de fin de mois reliés aux recevables;
- Participer dans la collection des comptes recevables;
- Participer dans le suivi des déductions sur paiements;
- Suivi des commandes en dépassement des limites de crédit;
- Participer à la préparation de la vérification de fin d'année;
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus de comptes recevables;
- Effectuer certaines tâches de collecte d'informations pour l'ouverture des nouveaux comptes clients;
- Classement de la documentation.

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Vous êtes titulaire d'un DEP ou DEC en comptabilité - Finance ou toute qualification équivalente et possédez un minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience aux recevables. Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel, ), forte aptitude à l'utilisation/apprentissage d'outils informatiques divers (outils d'analyse, ERP entre autres);
Vous êtes également très à l'aise avec les différents systèmes informatiques. Par votre bonne capacité d'analyse, du sens du détail. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, précision et votre autonomie. Vous avez un grand souci du client. Pour répondre aux différents besoins de la clientèle interne et externe, vous maîtrisez le français ainsi que l'anglais (principalement à l'écrit).
