**APERÇU DU POSTE**

En tant qu'analyste des opérations, vous aiderez l'équipe des opérations à assurer le flux constant des données d'investissement dans le système centralisé et participerez aux enquêtes et à la résolution des problèmes de qualité des données et à l'optimisation des processus. En outre, vous contribuerez aux vérifications périodiques des contrôles actuels dans une perspective d'amélioration continue.
- Coordination du flux de diverses sources d'information dans un système centralisé
- Rechercher les problèmes de qualité des données et leur cause d'origine
- Effectuer les corrections et soumissions nécessaires afin d'améliorer la qualité des données
- Examiner le traitement des données et faire des recommandations d'améliorations

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Diplôme en gestion des données, informatique, management, finance ou autre domaine pertinent.
- Avoir déjà travaillé pour une entreprise axée sur les données ou une entreprise œuvrant dans le secteur financier.
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience avec l'ingestion et la qualité des données
- Connaissance de SQL un atout
- Avoir le souci du détail et une approche axée sur les solutions
- Faire preuve d'ingéniosité et aimer enquêter sur l'origine des problèmes

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Operations Analyst, you will assist the Operations team with the constant flow of investment data in the centralized system as well as actively participate in the data quality issue investigations and resolution and process optimization. In addition, your contribution to the periodic reviews of the current controls with a continuous improvement perspective will be valued.
- Coordinate the loads of multiples sources of information in a centralized system.
- Investigate data quality issues and their root cause
- Review of the actual data processing and use your creativity to recommend ways to improve it.

**PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Degree in data management, computer science, business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working for a data driven enterprise or company in the financial sector.
- 2 to 5 years of experience working with loading process and data quality
- Working skills with SQL

A background in or knowledge of funds and or financial securities is desirable but not essential. To be successful in this role, you will have to be a promoter of a culture of accountability and performance with sustained integrity and professionalism.
