OVERVIEW

We are in search of highly motivated graphic designers with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of producing well-designed print and digital collateral for property marketing, business proposals, presentations, service line materials, and general marketing assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, and play a key role in creating diverse marketing materials like brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, signage, and digital content. Working closely with the brokerage team, they will bring fresh design ideas to the table that align with project objectives while upholding brand consistency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Create visually appealing social media content to promote property listings and initiatives.
  • Produce digital assets such as email campaigns and website graphics.
  • Assist with photo editing and retouching for marketing purposes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and design tools.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-5 years of corporate graphic design experience or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in email marketing, website, and print design.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
