  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop recruitment strategies that will engage and attract high quality talent for unique and competitive searches.
  • Headhunt various IT and corporate roles across global geographies.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools by nurturing professional relationships with top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment of requisitions, depending on business needs and demands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and resourceful professional who can bring the following skills to our Talent Team:

  • Strong and influential professional social media presence including LinkedIn
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Works well under pressure with multiple and concurrent deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume, and highpressure environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong positive and trusting relationships.
  • Professional and creative writing skills for job advertisement development, social media posts, corporate communications, and recruitment presentations.
  • An engaging personality with excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience working with a global team, spread across multiple countries and time zones would be considered an asset.
