Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and assistance to individuals in need
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patients
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

Experience:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of assisted living, nursing home, or hospice care practices
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision
Please note that this job may require heavy lifting and physical exertion.

Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
