SITA recherche un analyste de niveau 2 pour le centre des opérations de sécurité (SOC) au sein de l'organisation Sita Global Services (SGS). Vous rejoindrez le centre d'opérations de sécurité de Sita Command Center (SCC SOC), afin de contribuer au développement de notre équipe professionnelle.

En tant qu'Analyste Sécurité Niveau II, vous serez responsable de la surveillance et de la réponse aux alertes de cybersécurité et de l'identification de leurs causes profondes, des incidents potentiels et réels. Vous serez responsable de l'identification, de l'analyse et de la correction des vulnérabilités et des risques dans un large éventail de systèmes,

Vos responsabilités sont:_**
- Développer et encadrer les analystes SOC L1, s'assurer que les processus sont respectés, mettre à jour et créer de nouveaux processus si nécessaire,
- Travailler et collaborer avec plusieurs équipes, ainsi qu'avec des experts en la matière tels que les chasseurs de menaces, les répondeurs d'incidents, les analystes de renseignements sur les menaces.
- Identifier, répondre et réagir aux alertes de sécurité dans ELK SIEM, McAfee SIEM, EDR et autres outils de sécurité connexes.
- Contribuer à la réponse aux incidents lorsque les événements sont remontés, y compris le triage, la remédiation et la documentation.
- Intégrer de nouveaux cas d'utilisation d'événements de sécurité dans la plateforme SIEM.
- Examiner la file d'attente des tickets L1 de l'analyste SOC, examiner les tickets, les fermer et les réaffecter si nécessaire.
- Assister le chef d'équipe ou le responsable SOC pour les rapports, les projets ou les tâches administratives nécessaires.
- Fournir une analyse des menaces et des vulnérabilités, ainsi que des services de conseil en sécurité.

Qualification:
**_ Vous possédez:_**
- Licence en informatique ou équivalent dans le domaine concerné
- 3+ ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste L2 SOC
- Capacité à comprendre les réseaux TCP/IP.
- Expérience des solutions SIEM (ELK, Splunk), EDR/XDR (PA Cortex, FireEye HX, Microsoft 365 Defender, CrowdStrike) et des plateformes de Threat Intelligence.
- Expérience des solutions d'automatisation et d'orchestration de la sécurité, ainsi que des systèmes IDS/IPS
- Expérience des outils d'analyse des vulnérabilités tels que Tenable Nessus, QualysGuard, etc.
- Doit être capable de détecter, d'analyser, d'identifier, d'escalader et de documenter les incidents de sécurité.
- Bonne connaissance des étapes des cyberattaques, des techniques de profilage et des techniques de détection des intrusions au niveau de l'hôte et du réseau.
- Excellente capacité d'organisation et de communication orale et écrite en anglais.
- Au moins une certification en sécurité de l'information, telle que Network +, Security +, GSEC, CySA+, CSA, CIH, GCIA, GCFA, CISSP, ou une certification connexe en cybersécurité,
- Ouverture d'esprit et capacité d'apprentissage rapide.
