In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that we stay on track, on time, and above expectations, all while navigating the thrilling challenges of a startup environment.
Role Summary:As our Project Coordinator, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, demonstrating unmatched talent in multitasking and a profound understanding of the project scope and all parties involved. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, involving everything from detailed planning with designers and engineers to transparent communication with stakeholders. You'll need to be quick on your feet, proactive, and ready to contribute to our team's success in a significant way.
A Day in the Life:- Kick-off the day with a sprint planning session, prioritizing tasks and addressing any immediate concerns.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and resource needs, adjusting plans as required for optimal results.
- Engage in continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates and efficiently managing expectations.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring compliance and facilitating swift approvals, embodying the agility of our startup culture.
- Wrap up the day by reflecting on achievements, learning from any setbacks, and preparing for the next set of challenges.
- Drive detailed project planning in collaboration with a cross-functional team, adjusting to the fast-paced nature of a startup.
- Communicate effectively and maintain transparency with all team members and stakeholders, embodying our core values of talent and team contribution.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Support the team in navigating the startup environment, ensuring a clear understanding of project scopes and stakeholder relationships.
- Project schedule adherence in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Communication effectiveness within a dynamic team structure.
- Efficiency in managing multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Streamline project execution amidst startup challenges, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- 2+ years' experience in Project Coordination, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
