As a Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to collaborate with an exceptional team to deliver top-notch customer service and assist clients in finding their dream vehicle.
This position is Fully Commission-Based as an Independent Contractor.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Sales Advisors must offer exceptional customer service to potential car buyers, understand their needs, provide accurate information, and address any concerns.
- Vehicle Sales: The main responsibility is selling cars, understanding vehicle features, negotiating pricing, and closing deals beneficial to both parties.
- Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships, follow up after sales, and encourage repeat business.
- Administration: Complete all necessary paperwork related to sales, including contracts and vehicle registrations.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the vehicles being sold to provide reliable information and answer customer questions.
- Measurables:
- Sales Volume: Number of cars sold by the Sales Advisor.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of potential customers who make a purchase.
- Customer Satisfaction: Measures customer satisfaction with service.
- Lead Response Time: How quickly leads are responded to.
- Time to Close: Time taken to close a sale.
