Our Banking client in
Toronto, is looking to hire an Technical Writer - Advanced
for a
9 months contract role.


Must have:

  • General knowledge of disaster recovery, riskforward thinking, and failover strategies Experience with technical documents, including data centre runbooks, playbooks, architecture patterns, sequence of events, and standard operating procedures Some organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively online with teams in different geographical regions Deadlinedriven and resultsoriented; able to meet consistently highquality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • 5+ years experience as a technical writer
  • Great interpersonal skills able to build rapport with teams working remotely
  • Flexibility and selfmotivation to keep working around obstacles and time zone challenges

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in using Confluence, ServiceNow, and/or RSA Archer
  • Experience in risk environment and/or a financial institution Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
