JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare certain products for baking, such as muffins, cookies and breads;
  • Proceed with the preparation, charging, cooking and stripping steps;
  • Package and label products;
  • Use a cash register;
  • Monitor product quality and expiration dates and ensure stock rotation;
  • Maintain and fill the presentation area;
  • Follow the company's operating policies and procedures, including those relating to health and safety, to ensure the safety of all colleagues;
  • Remain calm during busy periods or during special events to ensure compliance with standards and set a good example for the team;
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a baker is an asset;
  • Well organized;
  • Like the contact with people;
  • Interested by natural and organic food;
  • Wellkept appearance.
