Roles Available:

Product Manager Intern (8 months) - Platform Experience Technology (1 role)
The Web Platform teams are at the core of our Platform Experience. These teams work on high impact projects that push forward platform to become modern and scalable.

Product Manager Intern (8 months) - Global Payroll and Tax (1 role)
The team is comprised of seasoned independent members with deep industry and product knowledge. The team is noted for knowledge sharing and problem solvers.


Product Manager Intern (8 months) - Product and Technology (1 role) A fast-paced agile development environment, operating virtually, with team members across four countries.


Primary Responsibilities/ What you'll get to do:

  • Drive forward initiatives with passion and enthusiasm
  • Serve as the voice of the user in conversations with design and development
  • Built a metrics story around our progress toward a more accessible platform
  • Assist in identifying, prioritizing, maintaining, and executing against both the backlog and roadmap using a data driven approach
  • Manage the risk of poorly developed software by ensuring the team is focused on building the right product for the right user at the right time
  • Assist in delivering endtoend products focusing on functionality, performance, security, scalability, resiliency, localization, and integrations.
  • Spends a majority of time externally focused speaking to customers and business stakeholders
  • Speaks to internal stakeholders and customers to identify business problems and product opportunities (represents the voice of the customer)
  • Develop solutions (what) to problems and provides justification (why) for why we should invest money and resources
  • Provides input on decisions with respect to product feature prioritization, requirements, and feature scope
  • Communicates value of new features to stakeholders and customers
  • Collaborates with Product Owners and other Product Managers to accomplish objectives
  • Participates in the launch of new products or major feature

Qualifications/Skills and experience we value:

  • Pursuing Bachelor (or Masters) of Science in Business Administration / Computer Information Systems / Project or Product Management or equivalent degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and nontechnical audiences
