YOU LOVE TO:

  • Perform administration and system configuration of our various servers and tools;
  • Actively participate in the deployment of the company's IT projects in collaboration with our IT team;
  • Implement solutions to ensure the company's cybersecurity and data confidentiality;
  • Diagnose and resolve more complex network, software and hardware issues;
  • Document internal processes and internal knowledge base (KB) articles;
  • Provide inperson support to users during branch visits, answering their questions and solving their problems.

YOU HAVE:

  • DEP or AEC in IT support;
  • 2 years' experience in IT;
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and Windows 10 and 11 operating systems;
  • Knowledge of iPhone mobile devices;
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English;
  • Autonomous, curious and proactive.
