Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide assistance
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of products to customers
  • Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions
  • Proven ability to sell products or services, with previous sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset, but not required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Salary:
$23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
