Customer Service Attendant

Part Time

Snowbird Aviation Services, the leading full-service aviation ground support company in Saskatchewan, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team in Saskatoon. If you are a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to work in the aviation industry, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct passenger check-ins, announce flights, and assist with baggage requirements
  • Handle cargo acceptance and processing efficiently
  • Provide weather information, flight times, and passenger loads updates
  • Prepare flight/freight manifest, passenger tickets, and load sheets
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, peers, and management
  • Assist with baggage handling and lost baggage tracking
  • Coordinate transportation, meal arrangements, and hotel reservations
  • Contribute positively to overall company operations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy is a plus
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational skills are essential
  • Must obtain an Aircraft Radio license and Restricted Area Identity Card

Shift Requirements:

  • Flexible availability for mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
  • Occasional overtime and on-call shifts may be necessary

This position falls under the Teamsters Local 395 bargaining unit.
