PROFILE SUMMARY

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


The Sales Manager will be overseeing the sales program and sales team for an upcoming project coming to the Vancouver west-side.

In addition, the Sales Manager will play a vital role in providing a first in class sales experience for Realtors and prospective purchasers.

This role is responsible for building relationships with realtors and prospects and creating a sales experience that stands out from the competition, including guiding the prospect in choosing their future home and preparing and writing contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Stays on top of inventory and pricing throughout the entire sales program to seek opportunity for added sales revenue and makes recommendations to Sales Director and VP of Sales. Contributes to sales strategies and implements tactics to enable our Sales team success.
  • Manage and support the sales team, including Sales Associates, Coordinators, Assistants, and Hosts. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's performance. Manage the teams schedules and goals and provides feedback for performance reviews.
  • Stays informed about the competitive landscape providing market intelligence and ongoing competitive market analysis. Collaborates with the Marketing team and provides recommendations on how to support their project.
  • Provide engaging presentations to prospects visiting the presentation centre. Guide and assist prospects and realtors in the presale process. Actively build and leverage business relationships within the real estate community.
  • Prepare and process purchasing contracts, liaise with purchasers for contract paperwork, deposit payments, and legal documentations. Ensure all team members are updated on the progress of contract matters.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales; presales experience is an asset
  • A BC Real Estate license preferred
  • A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles
  • An advanced understanding of the Metro Vancouver residential market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive real estate environment
  • Secondary language skill an asset; Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Excellent communication skills with a customercentric approach

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • This role is highly commission based.
  • The expected base salary for this role is $42,000 per annum.
  • In addition to the base salary a competitive door commission will be offered.
