Position Description:


The CGI Agile Center of Excellence is looking for Agile consultants who are passionate about agility and organizational performance to undertake new large-scale organizational transformation projects and to consolidate our current projects.

In addition to contributing to our transformation projects, joining CGI's Agile Center of Excellence means joining an experienced team that is on the cutting edge of the latest trends in agility and that is constantly innovating.

We will support you in the development of your career as an Agile consultant.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • As an Agile consultant, you will be able to:
  • Participate in the implementation of Agile principles and practices with work teams as part of an Agile organizational transformation mandate;
  • Prepare and deliver training and development workshops to work teams and their leaders;
  • Establish coaching plans for teams and individuals based on the performance objectives to be achieved, the intervention context and the current level of Agile maturity;
  • Contribute to the change management inherent to the change of culture caused by the implementation of Agility;
  • Contribute to establishing the strategy and the global transformation plan of our clients.
Also, as a member of CGI's Agile Center of Excellence you will- Contribute to our knowledge base by injecting your knowledge and learning throughout your mandates

  • Develop tools and programs that will enhance our service delivery
  • Provide support to other consultants at the Centre of Excellence
  • Pursue your personal development as a leadercoach by developing your listening skills and empathy
  • Diligently monitor the latest trends in Agile

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile consultant in large organizations
  • Master the main Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DAD
  • Have presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Possess skills in coaching professionals, especially in listening and empathy
  • Ability to manage change
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French.
