• Assist guests with seating arrangements and escort them to their tables
• Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials and promotions
• Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
• Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone reservations efficiently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
