About this Position

We are currently looking for Licensing Coach to join our Training & Development Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Teach the Life Licensing Qualification Program (LLQP)
  • Perform administrative task relating to attendance control, credit, and exam score entry
  • Invigilate exams according to determined guidelines
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Availability weekends (and possibility of weekday) to teach the course

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
  • Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills (English/French)
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Primerica Field Force
  • Minimum 1 years' experience with the Provincial Insurance of Persons licensure system
  • Active Insurance of persons license required
  • Securities license an asset
  • Experience with the Life Licensing Qualification Program is an asset
  • Prior experience as an instructor is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Welldeveloped multitasking, prioritizing and problemsolving skills an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the CISRO material taught during the course is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (excel, word) is an asset
  • Strong Knowledge of use of IOS (iPad and Keynotes) is an asset
  • Strong understanding of SeeWhy Learning platform (including RapidPASS) an asset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
