Welcome to the job posting for a Mudlogging Analyst position at a major Oil and Gas client in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, in partnership with Airswift.



RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES

  • Deliver daily operational services on offshore oilfield platforms and MODUs.
  • Engage in various office tasks.
  • Maintain communication with client representatives both onshore and offshore for safe and efficient drilling operations.
  • Prepare detailed records and report activities regularly.
  • Analyze geological data to support well planning and drilling operations.
  • Identify potential drilling hazards and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and report geological and operational risks to enhance safety and efficiency.
  • Strictly adhere to QHSE standards.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, energetic, and service-oriented, with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Certificate in Petroleum Engineering Technology.
  • Experience in a related field beneficial; training provided.
  • Effective maintenance of safety and technical training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in industry-related software and tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Duration: Approximately six months.
