**Fabricant mécanique**
Le fabricant mécanique fournit un soutien au développement de produit à travers le soudage, la fabrication, le montage et l'évaluation des prototypes pour les lignes de produits, nouveaux et existants. Le fabricant mécanique relève du vice-président de production.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Souder et fabriquer des pièces en acier inoxydable et en tôle à l'aide d'outils à main de base (perceuses, meuleuses, etc.) et de machines-outils (tours, perceuses à colonne et presses plieuses);
- Assembler les prototypes et/ou installer des pièces sur un équipement existant. Les pièces peuvent être électriques, électroniques et/ou mécaniques;
- Concevoir et/ou fabriquer les premières générations de prototypes en utilisant des outils à main de base et les machines-outils;
- Concevoir et construire des gabarits et/ou des systèmes de fixation selon les besoins;
- Contribuer à l'amélioration créative des produits de Hardt et les pratiques de développement;
- Maintenir la zone de fabrication organisée et propre.
**Qualifications**
- Posséder un diplôme post-secondaire (comme AEC ou DEC) dans l'un ou l'autre de ces domaines;
- Doit démontrer l'utilisation sécuritaire des outils à main de base (perceuses, meuleuses, etc.) et les machines-outils (tours, perceuses, et presses/plieuses);
- Doit être capable de souder, assembler et fabriquer des composantes en feuilles d'acier inoxydable;
- Habileté à soulever jusqu'à 20kg;
- Habiletés en communication en Français et/ou Anglais (parler, lire et écrire);
- Doit être bien organisé et capable de multitâche dans un environnement dynamique;
- Doit être capable de travailler indépendamment et en équipe;
- Connaissances de Microsoft Office, notamment Outlook, Word et une très bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel constituent un atout;
- Être capable d'interpréter des dessins mécaniques et des schémas électriques. La capacité de créer des dessins/schémas serait un atout;
- Expérience avec des équipements au gaz, des composantes pneumatiques et/ou hydrauliques constitue un atout.
**Conditions de travail**
Environnement d'atelier de travail dans lequel la majorité du temps est passé debout et où il faut soulever certaines charges lourdes. Heures de travail régulières de 8h00 à 16h30, du Lundi au Vendredi.
Il y a une possibilité de voyage occasionnel, à court terme en Amérique du Nord. Passeport valide requis.

**Mechanical Fabricator**
The Mechanical Fabricator provides product development support through the welding, fabrication, assembly and evaluation of prototypes for both new and existing product lines. The Mechanical Fabricator is reporting to the Vice President of Production.
