Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors' degree with a focus on project management, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, or computer science/programming.
o Certification such as PMP, Pro Sci considered an asset.

  • Experience: 10 years of experience including project management, strategy & governance, change management, developing technologybased solutions.
  • Experience in shipbuilding, construction or manufacturing is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience in developing and automating metrics and reporting especially in in VBA, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python.
  • All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)._

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee project activities, factoring risks, achieved performance and other variables to manage performance. Perform analysis that aims at achieving project outcomes and contributing to the overall project success.
  • Engage productively with project & senior leadership team members. Identify, resolve & escalate issues, gain consensus through effective communication, and collaborate successfully across the organization.
  • Deliver project updates to the Proposal, Project & Executive leadership teams as required on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Document, communicate and monitor procedures.
  • Develop and deliver new reporting formats and methods to match the needs of an evolving project scope.
