We are an award-winning client service team, responsible for managing all aspects of CC&L's interactions with our institutional client base.
The Client Solutions team is responsible for developing relationships with our clients where the creation of trust and confidence generates significant value to our organization.
We are looking for anAssociate to join our team.
This opening represents a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is responsible for overseeing the processes and operational aspects of our firm's client servicing function.
Our team is headquartered and deeply rooted in West Coast Vancouver.We place high value on maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and creating a culture where each of us has opportunities to succeed.
What You Will Do
You will have exposure to the firm's key decision-makers and have a broad range of responsibilities related to our operational processes:
- Managing the process for cyclical and ad-hoc materials (client reports, due diligence questionnaires, client & sales presentations, publications, and website content)
- this includes ensuring successful deliverables day-to-day, as well as taking ownership of enhancement projects, understanding key stakeholders, and analyzing issues to collaborate on solutions.
- Contributing to the content for client reports, questionnaires, and publications.
- Working on a tightknit team to ensure the team's objectives are successfully accomplished. This includes crosstraining other team members on your primary responsibilities, as well as providing robust backup support to other team members.
- Partnering with Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group's operational teams to ensure excellent delivery of cyclical operational processes and to collaborate on new projects to increase operational efficiency, scalability, and quality.

Industry Knowledge: - 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company is an asset.
