We operate across Manitoba, with our office located in Steinbach. Superior Projects is currently seeking an individual interested in a full-time permanent career as Estimator.

Primary Responsibilities;:

  • Divide projects into scope of work documents in preparation for tender, post tender to predetermined subtrade list
  • Recognize and understand scope gaps
  • Compile estimates and project costs for bid submission
  • Create proposals for potential clients and conduct follow ups
  • Manage bid tracking
  • Create project startup packages for project managers and subcontractor scope sheets
  • Material takeoffs
  • Provide letters of intent to subcontractors
  • Follow health and safety regulations and participate in company safety and COR programs

Qualifications;:

  • 510 years experience in estimating in a construction related industry with comprehensive knowledge in building science, codes and construction best practices
  • Organized, detail oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
