Why we opened this position:
We've ramped up our product to a point where we're ready to start selling to much bigger customers. That's why we're recruiting a new enterprise team. This team will be composed of two Enterprise Account Executives and one Business Development Representative.
As it's a brand new sales motion targeting a brand new audience, we're also looking for a well rounded marketer who'll be able to support them by building custom campaigns, and by helping them generate and nurture leads.
The main responsibilities:
- Design and launch successful ABM programs to support our outbound enterprise sales motion
- Create and maintain a strong partnership with the enterprise sales team to land and expand the targeted accounts and continuously improve your campaigns
- Ensure a great delivery of your campaigns by utilizing your budget and delegating content creation to external contractors as needed
- Create an efficient cadence of research, launch, monitoring and improvements for your campaigns
- Continuously keep an eye on the market we're targeting and stay up to date on best practices to generate and nurture leads for that audience
The experience we need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- 1+ of those years focused on building and launching ABM campaigns
- Strong spoken & written English
Other skills that will be valued:
These are not requirements but will likely help you ramp up faster and succeed at Unito.
- Experience working in sales or very closely with sales teams
- Ability to communicate in French (or desire to learn)
- Experience with some of the tools we integrate

The range:
- The corresponding salary range: $80,000 to $105,000
