Hybrid (2x week)

What you'll Do:

  • Introduce new hires on the Auto Physical Damage team to the wonderful world of Insurance and Claims handling.
  • Don't just teach them the job. Set them up for success by providing an engaging, interactive, and effective training program.
  • Once the new hires are busy providing amazing service to our customers, you'll work with the Auto Physical Damage leadership to identify refresher or upskill training requirements for the team.
  • Although our training strategy and approach are pretty effective and amazing, we want you to make continual improvements to content or delivery, with the intent of enhancing job preparedness and engagement.

What you'll Need:

  • 23 years of experience handling Auto Physical Damage Claims, including Commercial Auto and Garage
  • Prior Training experience would be preferred.
  • Any experience in course development and using an LMS would be great.
  • Experience in APD claims outside of Ontario would be a bonus.
  • An engaging style of communication is essential.
  • Be willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrate creativity and ingenuity.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to use multiple platforms to design and deliver training.
