Salary:

If a term assignment is less than the school year: $26.45 per hour + 4% vacation pay and eligibility for benefits If the term assignment is for the full school year: $28.54 per hour and enrollment in the Board's term benefit plans (subject to terms of Collective Agreement)Effective September 1, 2024, new regularand full year term Educational Assistants who are hired with at least three (3)years of related experience, as determined by the Employer, shall be placed atStep 3 of the salary grid.
