Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst:
    • Guidewire ClaimCenter experience including Claims Admin - Must have.
    • ClaimCenter integration - Nice to have.
    • Digital experience - Nice to have.
    • Prefer candidate with GW CC and one of nice to have.
  • Document Business analysis artifacts such as BRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Mapping documents and establish acceptance test criteria with client.
  • Participate in sprint planning and estimate assigned tasks
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions
  • Document workflow through diagrams (e.g. create process flow diagrams, integration diagrams, etc.)
  • Perform gap analysis, and identification of any areas for improvement within existing procedures, methods and business processes.
  • Perform Gap-Fit analysis for OOTB system applications.
  • Prototype potential solutions for business process re-design, provide trade-off information and suggest recommended course(s) of action.
  • Develop functional specifications for delivering new and maintaining existing business applications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert with regards to business needs and application design related activities. This may include leading configuration and design reviews within a project team.
  • Review and support Development and QA team
  • Triage defects and solving problems through independent analysis
  • Support end to end testing and UAT
  • Interact with other IT functional units to clarify and build applications that meet a business units' objectives. These departments include, but are not limited to, Shared Services, Infrastructure and Support group.

Well experienced in the P&C insurance domain with knowledge and experience of GuideWire ClaimCenter and Claims Admin.
