As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will educate clients on insurance products, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our local community presence. You will handle complex insurance cases while supporting your team members in achieving their goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Achievement-oriented individual with a proven sales track record
  • Natural ability to build authentic client relationships
  • Effective time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Insurance broker level 2 license and desire to pursue CAIB/CIP certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address complex client needs using underwriting knowledge
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and prioritize client relationship management
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives
