Regal group is a window & railing manufacturer for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels. We service clients across Canada with full scale window/door/railing replacement project as well as new construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clean driving record, willing to travel to project sites.
  • Prepare accurate job costing and estimation.
  • Prepare accurate schedules for the project that can be presented to the clients
  • Being proactive in resolving clients concerns.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills in commercial and high rise residential building construction
  • Ability to work effectively to complete a project in a timely manner
  • Experience in producing detailed construction document set
  • Experience and strong knowledge in die drawings
  • Ability to understand and explain notes and related information to clarify drawings and provide for accurate interpretation
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Regular working hours are 8am to 5pm, overtime as required
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience is required

Qualifications and skills

  • 34 years of experience as a drafter or estimator.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Reliable and punctual.
