Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:

  • Efficiently manage the daily schedule, including demo's and staff events.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience by overseeing staff adherence to established sales steps.

Order Processing:

  • Address online order discrepancies promptly and implement corrective actions.

Inventory and Merchandising:

  • Supervise merchandising activities to enhance the store's visual appeal.
  • Manage price tags, brand counts, stock rotation, and monitor shortdated products.

Store Maintenance:

  • Oversee cleaning and organizing activities to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Supplies and Training:

  • Manage inventory of supplies, including office and cleaning supplies.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are wellinformed and equipped.

Communication and Documentation:

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager by sending product pictures and providing updates on new items.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of items needed, returns in Asana, new items information, and customer callback sheets.

Task Management:

  • Take full charge of the daily task sheet, tracking brand counts, cleaning, and assigning tasks to staff accordingly.

Financial Management:

  • Manage cash drawer operations securely.
  • Contribute to scorecard management, ensuring brand counts are completed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or health and wellness industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of nutritional supplements is an asset.
