Reporting to the Senior Manager of CTI, the Cyber Threat Intelligence Associate will provide technical expertise and analysis for responses to information security threats against the company. You will analyze known indicators, events, malicious activity, and new sources to provide early warnings related to cyber threats. Additionally, you will define, evaluate, and recommend solutions to improve detection capabilities and create technical papers documenting security threats, risks, and mitigation techniques for regular research and documentation processes.

  • You will collaborate with Security Operations and wider Security teams for intelligence-driven investigations.
  • You will identify and integrate new sources of intelligence for monitoring technologies.
  • You will engage in cyber threat intelligence activities across the intelligence lifecycle.
  • You will keep updated on current vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures.

Do you have the skills to succeed in this role?

  • You have advanced communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of technical working experience in network security or information technology.
  • You excel at prioritizing tasks, training team members, and have a good knowledge of cyber security concepts.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You can deliver effective communications to diverse stakeholders.
  • You have extensive knowledge of cyber adversaries, attack vectors, and intrusion tactics.
  • You are experienced in data analysis, reporting, and briefing presentations.
  • You hold a degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant certifications would be advantageous.
