Qualifications:

Experience in Traffic Control:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in traffic control is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry protocols and best practices.


Knowledge of Industry Standards:

Possess a solid understanding of the Traffic Management Manual for Work on Roadways 2020 and WorkSafe BC OHS regulations to ensure compliance during traffic control activities.


Strong Communication Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication skills are key to ensure seamless coordination between field personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.


Problem-Solving Abilities:

Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow during unexpected situations.


Flexibility:
Availability to work during normal working hours, as well as nights and weekends, is essential for this position.

Salary:
From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
