Sales Representative in our Residential Division.

Our client is a Marble and Granite leading fabricator of natural stone and quartz surfacing in Ontario, renowned for our commitment to top-quality products and services.

With over 50 years of industry presence, we prioritize attracting and retaining skilled individuals who embody our vision for success.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate or Project Manager to join our thriving team. The ideal candidate will excel in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, Residential Division, you will be responsible for generating and following up on sales leads to prospective customers in order to achieve revenue targets.

This role demands strong work ethic, independence, motivation, and a passion for success.

Key responsibilities include:
identifying decision-makers, effectively communicating our value proposition, and fostering brand loyalty within the market

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a college diploma, advanced computer skills, and a comprehensive understanding of blueprints, kitchen design, layouts, and pricing.

Outbound sales experience is preferred, along with 1-3 years of related sales or project management experience in fabricated stone materials.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients
  • Obtain plans/drawings and prepare quotations and proposals for clients
  • Perform order processing for production and handle account administrative duties
  • Generate and maintain various reports including weekly quote reports, annual sales forecasts, and lead tracking reports
  • Coordinate sampling activities, including delivery, setup, and maintenance for clients
  • Provide product knowledge training and education to clients
  • Conduct slab view appointments for clients as needed
  • Attend all sales, production, and administrative meetings as required Benefits:
