Who we are:

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Liquor Manager, the Stock clerk will be responsible for:

  • Engaging and interacting with guests to create a positive shopping experience
  • in person and on the phone.
  • Consulting with and providing expert advice to customers within the liquor department.
  • Assist in the management of inventory including ordering, receiving and record management of all products within the liquor department.
  • To serve licensee clients by providing product consultation, creating, and updating order guides and followingup with commercial accounts on a regular basis.
  • To prepare and submit weekly orders to local producers and SLGA Special Orders as required by team leader.
  • Inspect all received goods to ensure the quality and completeness of the order, and when required order and receive products.
  • Ensuring proper merchandising and housekeeping standards within the Liquor department including adequate display, stock, and rotation of products.
  • Processing sales and operating the PointofSale system, completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
  • Inspecting all received goods to ensure the quality and completeness of the order, and when required order and receive products.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors. Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • You must be 19 years of age or older with Serve It Right Certification
  • 2+ years experience working with SLGA and BDL including ordering, pricing, receiving, and logistics.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 30kg
  • Must be available a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
