Social Worker or Psychotherapist
Full-time or Part-time
Niagara Falls, Welland, or St. Catharines, Ontario

- _____Summary:

We are seeking registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists to join our EAP Counselling team in Niagara Falls, Ontario

Our Counsellors:
Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with complex life challengesWork with the client from a strength-based approach to set objectives and develop a strategy to achieve themProvide excellent clinical services and embrace Lifeworks' culture of continuous learningManage the administrative requirements as dictated by Lifeworks' clinical modelsQualifications:Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related fieldMinimum three (3) years of post-masters clinical experienceMembership in good-standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)Previous experience incorporating SFT models to support a diverse range of folks with various presenting issues, including mental health, addictions, work related stress, etc
