Key tasks:

  • Promote Carmichael and Sell Preventative Maintenance contracts
  • Develop Qualified Prospects
  • Maintain Opportunity Funnel
  • Telemarket for face to face meetings
  • Properly input all tasks, opportunities, activities, expenses into CRM

Requirements:

  • You have at least 25 years of Business development sales experience, HVAC industry experience is an asset
  • Experience selling Preventative maintenance an asset
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized selfstarter
  • Possess good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to get people excited and produce sales results.
