Description

The AM Sorter is responsible for organizing and categorizing freight based on destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks
  • Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out
  • Load freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer
  • Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles
  • Manually handle bulk or non-conveyable items
  • Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify mis-sorted items or packages marked for special delivery

No previous experience needed.
