The Life of an Expediter (Expo):

  • Main source of high level communication between the culinary and service teams
  • Ensure all orders are completed to standard and sent out to the correct tables
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure each order is prepared as requested
  • Organize and monitor chit times

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year of Culinary or Service experience in a fine dining + high volume restaurant
  • Organizational and leadership skills required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Open availability
- must be able to work evenings and weekends

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
  • You put trust in others and never let anyone down
  • You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
